Green tea has been proven through many scientific studies to be a natural fat burner that can help you lose weight. Our bodies are naturally equipped to burn fat through a process called thermogenesis. In a normal state of being, fat burning through thermogenesis occurs at a rate of ten percent per day. That means through normal activity, you will burn ten percent of your body fat with the body's natural processes.

When you add green tea to your diet, the natural fat burner called thermogenesis is notably increased. This increase is pushed to levels over forty percent according to certain studies. Considering that an increase like that will burn more fat than our bodies can naturally do, it becomes obvious that adding green tea increases your body's fat burning capacities.

Green tea fat burners are prepared with dried leaves, which are not fermented to ensure minimal oxidation while this natural product is processed. Diet supplements also include green tea in their formulation, because it helps in weight loss, but also prevents free radical damage, that usually occurs from pollution and sun exposure.

Green tea contains caffeine which is also a natural fat burner. Caffeine increases your energy level as well as your metabolism. Having an increased metabolism makes your body's fat burning capacities go into "hyper-drive". While an excess of caffeine can make you jittery, it will also make your natural fat burning processes go quicker. You should be very aware of how your green tea consumption is making you feel and adjust your intake accordingly.

Whether you choose to add green tea in liquid form or in a pill form through a supplement, you will find that green tea is just as effective as a fat burner as it is a health supplement. Green tea has many healing properties including helping your body feel less pain. When you are trying to lose weight, you will, of course, want to undertake an exercise routine as well. You've surely heard the phrase "no pain, no gain". Well, when you have green tea in your diet, you will surely feel the pain of an intense workout, but the tea will help alleviate the aches that come along with it.

There is no doubt that green tea is an effective fat burner, just as effective as those dietary supplements that aren't all natural. That's the best part about adding green tea to your diet, it's all natural and it has so much more than a capacity to burn fat. It can help heal you too in more ways than you ever thought possible!

There are millions of people around the world who suffer from high blood pressure. Green tea can help with high blood pressure in so many ways as scientists and researchers have found. Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is the most common form of heart disease and affects about 20% of the adult population in many countries. The condition is associated with stroke, heart failure, and kidney dysfunction and is a major risk factor for heart-related death.

Research shows that drinking as little as a half-cup of green tea daily can greatly reduce high blood pressure by more than fifty-percent. This study was done among Chinese tea drinkers - who have been consuming green tea for centuries. The link has also been explored in other areas of the world including the United States and the results between green tea and high blood pressure have shown much of the same results.

High blood pressure (hypertension) can be caused by a number of factors, including poor diet, lack of exercise, high stress levels, and genetic predisposition, among others. Drinking green tea, however, can help counteract the effects of high blood pressure risk factors, research suggests.

When a group of mice was exposed to stressful, overcrowded conditions, feeding them green tea kept their high blood pressure under control. The blood pressure lowering effects of green tea have been recorded in humans as well. In a study of 20,000 middle-aged adults, high blood pressure decreased as green tea consumption increased.
Researchers speculate that green tea lowers high blood pressure by causing blood vessels to relax. One study assessed 54 substances - vegetables, fruits, nuts, herbs, spices, and teas - for their ability to relax blood vessels; of these substances, green tea placed fifth, and relaxed blood vessel walls by as much as 91%.

People who suffer from high blood pressure should take note, however, that adding too much green tea to your diet could also cause adverse reactions. There is a certain amount of caffeine in green tea. While it is considerably less than coffee, the caffeine in green tea could still aggravate high blood pressure if too much is consumed in too little time.

There's absolutely no doubt in the minds of those who have studied the effects of green tea on high blood pressure that drinking this beverage in moderation can significantly bring down the high blood pressure. It's a good idea to add a little green tea to your daily diet if you suffer from high blood pressure. Just don't overdo it!

Snapple has been one of the leading beverage companies in the world for years, so it's only natural that they add the newest phenomenon to their lineup green tea. Snapple's slogan has always been "The Best Stuff On Earth", and they continue meeting that allegation with the introduction of their green tea beverage.

Snapple Green Tea is a collection of authentic green teas that contain the natural antioxidant EGCG and helps boost metabolism. Snapple's new Green Tea has the most EGCG, with 55mg per bottle, compared to leading ready-to-drink green teas, and is the second in a line of new products that support a "good for you" platform from which the brand will inform and inspire consumers about the health benefits of tea.

The development of Green Teas with EGCG is an important one, as consumers look for more out of their foods and beverages. They want pure, all-natural, high quality ingredients with great taste and real functional benefits. Many think that Snapple Green Tea is a perfect fit. Less than a third of consumers are aware of EGCG, and only 5% know that consuming green tea can boost metabolism.

Snapple Green Teas are authentic, all natural teas available in original, mango and Asian pear flavors. New Snapple Green Teas are made with real sugar -- but less of it, so it's more refreshing and maintains its natural, healthy goodness.

Green tea is currently a fast growing segment for the ready-to-drink iced tea category, due in large part to consumer perception that green tea is the "healthiest" tea. Its apparent good health effects have been documented in the media, from lowering overall cholesterol levels to helping protect against cancers. Studies of green tea consumption indicate that consuming 300mg of EGCG throughout the day boosts metabolism thus aiding in weight loss.

That is precisely why Snapple has come out with its green tea drink to meet consumer demand for a great tasting beverage that is healthy. It is available in 17 ounce bottles for less than $1.50 a bottle, so it is easily affordable for the average consumer.

With the Snapple name, marketing a beverage such as Snapple green tea is worldwide, and it is quickly growing in popularity. They have huge advertising budget and as their name grows in the green tea market, Snapple is poised to overtake some of the early front-runners like Arizona. Either way, the products are out there and they have great healing benefits whether you choose Snapple for your green tea beverage or some other brand, you will be doing yourself a favor either way!

When you want to incorporate green tea into your daily diet, you may be worrying about what kinds of side effects you can expect. After all, green tea is relatively new in the American market and while it is marketed as tea, there really could be side effects that come from a beverage that hails from a foreign country.

The truth is that there are relatively few side effects involved when you want to bring green tea into your lifestyle. The most serious side effect of green tea is that which is associated with the high caffeine content of green teas. The high caffeine content can cause certain people to be highly jittery and anxious.

On the same line, the high caffeine content of green tea can have the exact opposite side effect: energy! That can increase your metabolism which can help your body's natural state of thermogenesis, which is the natural fat burning capacity of the body. When you are able to burn fat, you are able to lose weight quicker.

An elevated level of caffeine " another one of the side effects of green tea consumption " is that you will have more energy. More energy will help you have more effective as well as longer workouts. When you are able to workout more, you are going to be able to lose weight quicker, which is one of the best side effects of drinking green tea!

Other than the higher amount of caffeine, there really are no other huge side effects of putting green tea into your diet. Essentially, having the catechins that are contained in green tea will help you in so many ways, you can't even imagine. You will be able to work out more, but even better than that, you will able to let the natural side effects of green tea take hold of your body and make it healthier than it has ever been before!

The wonderful side effects of green tea are many and varied. You can realize the great benefits in many forms such as green tea extracts, pills, tablets, tea bags, loose teas, and even shampoo and skin care creams. You need not look any further than your local drugstore, supermarket, or even Wal-Mart to find a product with green tea in it so that you can realize the wonderful side effects of this amazing new, yet old Asian secret!

Green tea can be found in many forms besides bags and loose tea. Many people prefer green tea drops. Green tea drops is a highly concentrated form of the tea that you find in tea bags and loose tea. They contain all the same properties of tea in liquid form, but they are much more convenient than having to take the time to brew a cup of tea.

When you use green tea drops, you simply place several drops into a glass of hot or cold water, stir and drink. You can also place a few drops in your food as well such as soups or stews. Keep in mind that this will change the taste slightly, but probably not enough to notice.

Because green tea drops are highly concentrated, you will also be getting sort of a "super dose". For example, one product says that putting 30 drops into a glass of water will equal 12 - 15 cups of brewed green tea. Some people believe that to get the maximum benefits from your green tea consumption, you should consume as many as 15 cups per day. That's why using green tea drops can make it much easier to get your daily dose of green tea.

Green tea drops also come in various flavors like caramel, honey, and lemon. They are highly marketed online as well as in health food stores. You can find many different brands and choosing one is simply a matter of preference. You can buy one small bottle of green tea drops and it will last you for quite some time.

There are a variety of products that include green tea in them. For example, you can buy cough drops that have green tea in them. There is one product on the market that contains green tea in a cough drop form that can ward off a cold. You take the drop at the first sign of a cold and the healing properties of the green tea will either lessen the duration of the cold or stop it altogether.

One of the newest trends in the green tea business is in the beauty field. Because green tea has shown to have so many advantages, cosmetic companies have started including them in your products. Green tea beauty drops can help with the signs of aging such as wrinkles, fine lines, and age spots.

If you are looking for a way to get green tea into your diet, try using green tea drops instead of brewing your own tea. They are easy to use, convenient, and will still give you the same benefits from tea bags or loose tea.
