I had to take my cat Beau to the vet today. He had those subtle symptoms which only an owner can see, which my vet calls “ADR” – “Ain’t doin’ right”. But, luckily, not “SRW” – “Something’s really wrong.” I was terrified he had cancer like Punzie did, but it’s not that. What he has is a yeast infection in his ears and a compressed disk. Went and bought a drink for Dave’s 21st on Thurs/Friday morning…and then we had cake at his new place, which was pretty cool. Whooo for bars and cake!Also, Theresa came up to Davis for a visit, so we tagged along with Sonia to her friends Soiree thing…which was pretty awesome. Wine+Cheese+Pretty Dresses and Shoes=awesome fun. (Theresa and I ended up going in tanktops…as it was last minute. q_______q) I had some really waterey bland tasting wine and tried to dance. And I got to meet cool people and a baby boa constrictor…CUTE! Really.Ack, this is starting to sound like a generic airheaded bimbo post…so um…something of more substance?I made Orange Mousse Cake! And I’m going to finish my Chocolate and Green Tea Truffles today. Hopefully this means a trip to the outlets to get supplies. =Dalso, I seem to be the only person who isn’t moving! O_____O egad!
